Why is inclusive language so incredibly important?

According to research, inclusive language policies and practices in companies have a real impact on performance and innovation. By consciously raising awareness and building a more inclusive workplace you create a space where people can take full advantage of diversity.

And, as research also shows, multicultural groups have the potential for greater creativity than homogeneous groups when communication problems are properly dealt with and trust is built.

If you are interested in maximizing the productivity of your multicultural teams and in making everyone feel included in the workplace, I encourage you to download our ebook in order to learn how to properly build an environment of inclusivity and trust by using inclusive language.
