Step 3 - clearance and formalities

To receive payment for a given month, please follow these steps:

1. Complete Langlion.

Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to complete the Langlion.

2. Verify the rate and check if the number of classes is correct.

On the Langlion website, go to Billing and select the month for which you are billed. Check that the rate for the classes is consistent with the amount on the invoice.

If any classes are missing or you have other questions, please email us at accountant@hello-blackbird.com.


3. Check the attendance confirmation forms.

Make sure that the students have confirmed all the classes in a given month by completing the confirmation form. In order to verify it, go to the results of the form/s, open the spreadsheet with the results and compare the number of classes in a given month with the number of classes in the calculation on Langlion.

4. Send the invoice.

Issue an invoice and send it to accountant@hello-blackbird.com. If you work on a contract of mandate basis, send an e-mail to accountant@hello-blackbird.com with the information that Langlion and the class confirmation forms are completed.

5. Wait for the confirmation of receipt of the message.

After sending the e-mail with the settlement, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it within 7 days, please send a reminder, as occasionally, the email gets lost somewhere.

6. Wait for your salary to be paid.

You will receive your payout by the 10th of the month. If you were late with the settlement, the payment of may be delayed up to 30 days.
